To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🇭🇰經典食堂 元朗屏山老地方（肉餅專門店）元朗屏山老地方係我最愛的道地餐廳之一，位於一些古蹟附近，特別適合喺參觀完屏山文物徑後，落嚟享受一頓美味的肉餅！🍽️1️⃣ **松露芝士牛肝菌煎肉餅飯**：肉餅煎得香脆，松露香氣四溢，芝士融化得剛剛好，搭配牛肝菌味道更上一層樓，真係好滿足！2️⃣ **薑蔥蠔豉煎肉餅飯**：這款肉餅帶有薑蔥嘅清香，蠔豉增添咗海味，口感豐富，令人一試成主顧。3️⃣ **（凍）芒果之顛（L）**：可樂底下配上芒果蓉，味道清新，真係好飲得上天堂！🍹4️⃣ **龍鳳檸樂**：混合飲品，酸甜可口，非常解渴。餐廳有好多不同款式的肉餅組合，以往我最鍾意食孜然羊肉肉餅，但今次試咗其他口味，發現每一款都有其獨特魅力！絕對值得推薦，期待下次再來！🌟
