To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入冬天打邊爐可以話係港人既最愛, 但對食厭左傳統邊爐既我, 呢期愛上了粥底火煱, 見離屋企不遠既新蒲崗開左間粥底海鮮火爐店, 仲要每位$198 免加一免醬油, 絕對係街坊價, 就趁呢幾日甘凍去試下先...係寸金尺土既香港, 小店想生存的, 坐位就相對比較窄, 但絕對無損一班FANS對小店既熱愛, 每個時段都爆滿, 每兩小時一段, 分6-8PM ,8-10PM, 10-12PM, 所以黎食記得提早BOOK呀! 不然Walkin 就要碰碰運氣啦!!~~呢個價包7款海鮮, 有肉蟹, 基圍蝦, 鮑魚, 大蜆, 沙白, 細蜆同魚, 另外仲可以挑選五款火鍋配料, 如果唔夠飽, 還可以追加其他火煱配料, 而飲品就要另外收費, 但也是大眾化價錢的, 貼心小店還為客人準備左個計時器, 還有溫馨提示比客人知每類海鮮既烹調時間, 好窩心呀~~先上一個粥水煱底, 同時枱面已預先為我地準備齊晒一陣邊爐要用到既煮食工具, 我個肚個12個胃已經開動了...先黎個沙律比我頂住先, 有椰菜, 柴椰菜, 青瓜同車厘茄, 再配上千島醬, 非常醒胃, 哈哈~~~再混一混醬, 醬料有蔥, 芫茜, 蒜蓉同辣椒絲~~~到主角出場

到主角出場啦~~以西式HIGH TEA 三層架黎盛載呢七款海鮮, 上面個層有鮑魚同大蜆, 中間個層有肉蟹, 底層有沙白, 細蜆同魚, 另上有超級生猛既基圍蝦, 我以最高速開蓋加快手先影到一張相, 不然佢就彈出黎ga la~~

肉蟹應該是海鮮類中既王者, 爆多膏, 食落啖啖肉, 肉質超級勁鮮甜, 喜歡原汁原味既我, 沒有沾上任何醬油, 火速將蟹KO, 超級滿足呀!! 小店亦為客人準備左蟹鉗子, 方便客人進食~~

雞件: 雞味香濃又夠滑, 肉質又夠結實
墨魚滑: 非常彈牙, 又帶墨魚香
蟹粉蟹籽丸: 喜歡有餡既丸
美國肥牛: 油脂分佈平均, 而且好有光澤, 牛味濃, 肉質鮮嫩
黑毛豬腩肉: 同樣油脂分佈平均, 而且好有光澤, 肉質鮮嫩又唔肥膩

最後由店員幫忙加入粥料, 先加入南瓜同芋頭粒, 再加入米飯, 菜脯, 冬菜同豬油渣, 最後加埋雞蛋慢慢變成蛋花, 令粥底變成金黃色, 食落除有海鮮既鮮味而且又夠嚼口, 粥好綿又滑, 一人分到兩碗左右, 食完超飽, 非常之滿足~~
