To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同屋企人係紅磡食晚飯，爸爸強烈推薦要去中華小廚，因為佢朋友話有脆皮豬手一定要食，仲有其他好多嘢都好好食。老人家早飯，六點半就到達，唔使等位，但係都有唔少人，坐左一個卡位，都OK舒服。貴妃雞啲肉好滑，值得推薦，脆皮豬手啲皮好脆，啲肉有啲鹹，都算好食，泰式魚同蝦，啲蝦好大隻，但應該係雪藏，一般。啲魚就麻麻哋，嗰汁似冬陰公湯，都係一般。送嗰個西洋菜湯反而OK，好多菜。因為係茶餐廳，張枱唔係好大，食嗰陣時要好趕，因為要清一碟等佢攞走。總體來講都OK因為唔貴。
