To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因住附近, 自紫粵軒開張已不時幫襯其套餐, 尤愛其义燒, 疫情前亦常到此處宴請到香港遊玩的朋友, 但後來請的服務員實在太稚嫩, 就少去了。上月有友人入住酒店, 訂位時順便問問住客有折嗎, 接電話的說住客享八折, 就以為住客有特別優惠, 因平日週末預早一日訂套餐都祇是85折, 到步後落單三份套餐, 埋單時友人出示房咭, 祇減了$20茶價, 問待應, 她殷勤地幫我們問經理, 結果是她給當值男經理斥責, 着她說, 叫套餐的話, VIP 也沒折。問題一:接電話的誤導, 沒說清楚散叫會有八折;問題二:這位未見過的經理態度差, 講句唔好意思, 職員說得不清楚有幾難?樓面待應服務好好多!這位經理如此囂張無禮, 不是餐廳之福。
