To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢父母結婚30周年小妹用openrice訂了天際萬豪酒店的自助餐，並特意請求安排沙發座及慶祝周年紀念的小蛋糕餐廳職員很有善和主動安排從機場二號客運大樓的29-30號車站有免費接駁車逢10、30、50分開到酒店，回程是20、40、00分開出更有來往東涌的接駁車其實餐廳真的很大，不論Buffet Bar或座位都十分大還有一些給十多人的大圓枱和大長枱，而且佈格很美食物選擇多尤其是海鮮和魚生十分鮮甜不論是生蠔、翡翠螺、蟹腳都很鮮甜三文魚油份足，牡丹蝦有手掌大也很鮮甜小妹很欣賞這裡的沙律🥗多款式選擇之餘，更放置一個木碗供自行把沙律配料與醬汁拌勻熱食和甜品的款色也很多食物質素高環境舒適服務優質可Encore
