結婚週年紀念日,聽老友話銅鑼灣螢壽司評價幾高,做緊兩人餐promote,由廚師發牌,正喎!我中意唔使自己諗,一於去試下先!餐廳係6樓,成層都係lu,一坐低就有前菜漬物食,有黃蘿蔔,酸酸甜甜咁,另一個係蕎頭,我從來未見過紅色既蕎頭,唔係好酸,脆卜卜,外貌好似一片片洋蔥咁~之後就開始刺身啦,先係薄切左口魚加岩鹽,試左一片淨左口魚,無乜味,淡左d,加埋岩鹽,個味即刻出晒!咸咸地加埋鮮味,出晒!北海道帆立貝,厚切,晶瑩剔透,好厚的一舊肉,本來味道平平無奇,但加上岩鹽同柚子皮磨成既粉,未食已經feel到好大陣柚子香味,食落係一整件都係柚子味,帆立貝好滑,咬落煙煙un un,仲好香口! 牡丹蝦係我的喜愛物之一,可以拆殼拆尾,蝦肉新鮮,夠肥美又林,嗰種鮮味好正,另外呢個蝦有個特別之處,就係佢有個汁,我忍唔住叫Waiter哥哥問下,原來係蝦膏,竟然諗到用肥美既蝦膏黎配鮮蝦!第一口會feel到種腥腥的味道,腥味係口中徘徊,但食落去會食到蝦既肥美膏味!呢個蝦相當出色!之後就嗌左兩串串燒,雞皮花竹蝦,睇個名覺得幾得意喎!一試先知原來唔使拆殼架!無蝦殼的,已經預先拆左,食層皮,覺得油油地,原來真係雞皮黎,雞皮

之後就嗌左兩串串燒,雞皮花竹蝦,睇個名覺得幾得意喎!一試先知原來唔使拆殼架!無蝦殼的,已經預先拆左,食層皮,覺得油油地,原來真係雞皮黎,雞皮炸過,充滿住好香既雞油,包住隻蝦,香味帶埋落蝦度,令蝦有香噴噴既雞油味!另外係鹽燒厚切牛舌,鹽味重,牛舌爽口,夠厚,油反而唔多!

阿媽成日係屋企煲水魚湯,我都覺得好濃好香魚味,第一次飲日本既濃魚湯,好香好濃好滑,好香既魚味,個湯奶白色而且唔腥,最仲要係無魚骨,有水準!屎!唔記得講壽司tim!食左幾款壽司,我最中意三文魚,秋刀魚,海膽同大吞拿魚壽司!三文魚個味唔同,唔點豉油都好味,因為本身塊三文魚上面都已經有味,咸咸地咁,似醃過,而且睇上黎紋路都唔同,白色筋根好細緻~秋刀魚有d好香既丁點酸味,有d似鯖魚味,但唔似一般魚咁硬硬地一片,而係入口即融!魚肉係軟身同滑到入口即融既,絕對係新鮮美味既魚,上面仲有少少薑同蔥僻味,入到口有新鮮感覺,好似將之前食既食物味一掃而空,只係食到滿口秋刀魚味!海膽腥味唔重,易入口,細味之下會食到一粒粒細緻的海膽bb!

守尾門既係大吞拿魚壽司,我只會用一個字形容,就係油!吞拿魚既魚油完全發揮晒出黎,食落口會有一種豐富肥美既油味,有少少膩感,放到最後就最岩啦!
