To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天我和家人到這間酒樓飲茶,於9:44用手機點了6款點心,到了10:00,出了3款,直到10:30,我們另外的三款點心仍未到,就跟店員查詢,店員說出緊。原來有一枱都是同樣情況,因時間太長,我們等多五分鐘,便埋單,問題就出現了。首先,我們等了50分鐘都未能出晒所有食品其一,最離譜的是收銀員收取我們6樣點心的價錢,我們當然說出情況,她然後收取最貴的三樣,其實,每一枱有一張吸印仔的單,為何收銀員不是根據印仔的數量和食物種類而計數,而是落單的數量,那吸印仔有何作用?再者,收銀員用很不耐煩的態度問:「咁你哋食左咩呀?」如果,收銀員發現落單數量跟印仔數目不同,不是應該有禮貌地向客人查詢嗎?並不是收取客人的全費。總結,食物質素一般,等待時間無了期,濫收費用。
