To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

重口味，算是我個人川菜榜中的頭三甲原因很簡單款式多，味道夠，價錢相宜而且近屋企，所以川菜引一起就會去幫襯今日朋友聚餐，一行8人浩浩蕩蕩入去辣反夠本先先叫前菜黃金皮蛋，唔太辣但好香蒜味，蒜香四溢麻辣大腸，好食處理得好乾淨，無臭腸味蒜泥白肉腩肉肥瘦適中，切得好薄，好吃麻辣豬耳，我的最愛豬耳脆口，夾埋青瓜一齊食十分清新而且調味好好，麻辣兼備水煮魚，加錢要左貴花魚少骨好多，魚肉嬾滑都係要左貴花魚，十足既酸味真係胃口大開呀辣子雞咩都有既毛血旺酸豆角炒肉碎，好送飯孜然鹽焗魚，雖然要等成20分鐘但絕對值得等！魚肉好滑，入面既香茅味好濃夾埋出面既鹽同佢個汁一齊食邊有得輸！必叫！
