To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

走進餐廳，北歐童話氣氛撲面而來，心情即刻好咗幾倍！認真講，裝潢得好緊貼主題，令人有置身外國嘅錯覺。🎄先攻個海鮮冷盤，每件龍蝦肉彈牙得嚟唔會過咸，佢哋嘅北歐蒔蘿醃三文魚，香氣撲鼻，入口即溶，夠晒香滑。呢個蒔蘿配搭真係正到爆炸！不過最難忘嘅一定係佢哋個龍蝦西班牙海鮮飯，煙韌有勁嘅米粒充滿焗香，同海鮮嘅鮮味實在太夾，一啖又一啖，根本停唔到口！甜品就更加驚喜，蜜糖芝士蛋糕同意大利雪糕，係我食過最滑嘅配搭。每款雪糕味道都正中下懷，個人最愛嘅係抹茶味，甜而不膩，回味無窮。整晚都好似過咗一個夢境咁，實在係一場視覺同味覺嘅盛宴。下次一定會再黎，可能會帶多啲親戚朋友一齊共享這份喜悅！看見啲食物都靚晒，真係就算飽咗，都仲想試多幾樣野咁。🦞🍰🍦
