To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角這間連鎖日式燒肉店，相信無人不知~卡卡得知屯門市中心開了間分店，便來踩一踩場吧～剛好碰正HSBC信用卡最紅優惠的7折的優惠套餐~卡卡想都沒有想便叫這個牛角海鮮燒肉盛合~雖然是4人餐，其實都未能滿足我這個燒肉怪~原來看真一點，當中的份量都未算多!至少一碗牛角飯或麵跟這個套餐~【大皿燒肉】各款牛肉連雞胸肉16塊再加上2塊豬扒~當晚卡卡是點了''燒肉汁''，但送來的是''原味''....不過送上來的肉肉是新鮮的，所以我們沒有退回~至於【海鮮盛合】有蝦、蠔、魚、帶子及青口各2件。。。海鮮是新鮮的，不過不失~牛角沙律，拌得很精美，味道也不錯~當然還有仔仔最愛的雜菌~這套餐沒有跟上飯或麵，所以最後另外點了2碗豚肉湯麵及一碗牛角飯~還有這個海鮮燒餅，才能有飽肚感!卡卡一家2大1小1b~已經不是4個大人，相信4個大人吃這個套餐份量，是絕對不夠的!至於跟餐附上的飲品是不錯的，但老公明明點的是白桃燒酌特飲...最後送上的是提子味~不過算了，這也沒有退回~總括來說，新場好正，夠大，冷氣夠，抽氣很好，油煙味更是沒有的一樣~位子寬敞好坐~絕對滿分~食物也新鮮，調味屬中規中矩~但落單時有2次錯失及最後他們沒有
