$128「稻草熏烤鰹魚 鰹のタタキBonito Tataki」: 燒着嘅稻草有紅紅火焰🔥🔥🔥,都真係幾大火🔥,廚師叉住鰹魚(カツオ skipjack tuna)放喺火中間熏烤接近1分鐘,鰹魚最外邊微熟,裏邊仲喺 sashimi,廚師跟住將鰹魚厚切一片片,鰹魚有濃郁煙熏味,水份有稍為蒸飯,令到 umami 更集中,正所謂有 tons of umami 😋;餐廳仲話每日都會有新鮮 カツオ skipjack tuna 送到餐廳🤩

$68「海膽意大利扁麵 Sea Urchin Linguine」:最後嚟個「海膽意大利麵」,用咗北海道🇯🇵海膽,將海膽撈勻喺意大利扁面先食,又係充滿 umami, 為呢呢餐畫上完美嘅句號🤩
