餐廳安排我們可在獨立廂房享用晚餐和欣賞180度無敵維港夜景,私隱度極高,非常浪漫!房間內的燈光和用色,都有精心的設計和安排,即使隔著玻璃,也不會看到倒影,輕易影到靚相,絕對值得一讚!我們選擇了5 courses 晚餐!餐包有兩款,分別係全麥包和甘筍杞子包,香甜鬆軟,可配香草牛油和蜜糖,不錯的!煙肉泡沫薯蓉泡沫化的薯蓉入口即溶,配上咸香脆口的煙肉粒,超讚!Beef-Carpaccio with Rocket Salad & Truffle Dressing牛肉採用了Tenderlion,新鮮嫩紅,肉質軟腍,牛味濃郁!配上松露醬和爽脆的火箭菜,美味可口!Pan Fried Foie Gras with Toast & Onion Jam鵝肝表面煎至微微焦脆,內裡嫩滑,油香四溢,令人回味無窮!配上香脆的多士,口感更豐富!最後吃下洋蔥他他,有助解膩!Daily Soup今天的日餐湯是帶子蘆筍粟米湯!帶子十分鮮甜,配上恰到好處的粟米湯底,天衣無縫之作!Gazpacho餐湯可另選蕃茄凍湯!蕃茄的材料包括香草、冰粒、甜椒粒、青瓜粒等等,感覺冰涼清新!Honey Roasted France Yell
