To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係又一城睇完戲,三點鐘散場,當然要把握機會食溫野菜嘅下午茶啦!兩點半後溫野菜午餐有七折,連價錢嘅湯底同配料都有折!我就叫左藥膳鍋底啦!上菜嘅時候,店員進一個湯包放入鍋內,手上面捧住9款藥材,問我邊一款想加多啲。加咗松子同花椒,松子吸收左湯底嘅味道,非常好味!肉類我就揀咗丹麥雞胸同豚肉眼,因為雞胸用低溫去浸熟所以好鮮嫩,以肉眼就有啲肥,所以就係最後先食,費事令個湯油啦~另外佢個免治雞肉,入面有雞軟骨哎落脆脆哋,口感好豐富。最後當然要叫翻個溫野菜雪糕,黑糖同黃豆粉味道超夾,而且只需要加$10,超低啊!
