今日同朋友行完銅鑼灣,就去左世貿食台灣野。我哋叫左話梅地瓜薯條,蒜香三色台腸,蒜泥台灣水蓮,招牌牛肉麵。話梅地瓜薯條:夠晒味既地瓜條炸起薄薄脆漿,外脆內熱。炸既時間岩岩好,同時應該尾鑊高溫迫返多餘既油出嚟令到地瓜條唔會有油膩感覺。蒜香三色台腸:蒜香爆令到菜式更野味可口,三色腸有著三種不同味道。蒜泥台灣水蓮:口感都幾特別,好有田園風味。新鮮蔬菜的感覺。招牌牛肉麵:餐廳用老字號兆記牛肉檔提供新鮮牛脂肪製成牛脂油,將牛脂油融入熱湯中更加有牛香味道。牛肉肉質好好,味道香濃。
