To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特登book張枱同屋企人晚上撐枱腳。呢間未裝修之前,食過好幾次。今次係裝修後第一次食。感覺沒什麼分別。仍然都有我最鍾意食嘅鹹酸菜,花生,雲耳,青瓜。真係好好食。當然不是送喇,要計錢的!小蔥蝦仁炒飯由於我地屬飯桶一族,不能沒有飯氣。所以就叫左呢個小蔥蝦仁炒飯。d飯粒炒到一粒粒,完全沒有痴住。飯粒好爽口。但略嫌不太夠鹹。不過屋企人就覺得夠味。乾炸小黃魚呢個小黃魚係今次黎嘅目的。因為屋企好中意食魚。而呢度炸嘅小黃魚,又香口,又酥脆!魚肉又嫩滑。一點油的感覺都沒有。真係好正!翡翠芙蓉三鮮見隔離枱食梗一道菜好像好吸引。問左部長先生,原來係叫翡翠芙蓉三鮮。話有蝦,帶子,西蘭花, 蛋白,胞片。見幾吸引,所以叫黎試下。果然沒有失望,味道不錯。送飯食一流。不過覺得似螺片多過胞片。。。奉送醋。用來點蛋白食,可減低滯的感覺。小龍包黎得梗係要食小龍包!因為係我飛彿!呢度小龍包嘅肉味都算幾濃,包內又有湯汁。不過皮説不上夠薄。但整體還是不錯。我一個人吃了5隻😁。不過小龍包還是要趁熱食。因為有一兩隻,放到凍左先食。包嘅頂部已變得有點韌。但由於我太愛小龍包,所以照食可也😁

!呢度小龍包嘅肉味都算幾濃,包內又有湯汁
。不過皮説不上夠薄。但整體還是不錯。我一個人吃了5隻😁。不過小龍包還是要趁熱食。因為有一兩隻,放到凍左先食。包嘅頂部已變得有點韌。但由於我太愛小龍包,所以照食可也😁
