與太座在上環辦完事後,找個地方喝杯啤酒和吃晚餐,看過大廈樓下的餐牌,決定上這餐廳。餐廳裝修是仿近百年前的比利時酒吧,全間皆用木長餐桌,另一廂有像教堂的彩繪玻璃窗,優雅中帶休閒,長餐桌的用意都是想人客下班後放鬆,喝啤酒,聊聊天及分享食物。這裡還有露台看街景和用作吸煙區,很多中區西裝畢挺的上班一族來惠顧。比利時的啤酒一向馳名中外,這裏有近百種比利時啤酒牌子,點了較熟悉的Hoegaarden,是 rosee draught 和一杯 mocktail叫 Friars sweetheart。生啤是玫瑰紅色,極豔麗,有水果及香料味道,頗清爽;mocktail是以cranberry汁加蘋果汁和蜜糖,較甜,合女仕們口味。點了吞拿魚藜麥沙律作頭盤,份量大得夠兩人分享,用了西班牙的吞拿魚,今期流行非常健康的藜麥,番薯,水瓜柳,番茄,烚蛋,橄欖和火箭菜。整體味道甘甜和微酸,很醒胃,意想不到加了番薯粒的沙律是這麼好吃,又多纖維,藜麥益處多多,而火箭菜的苦味又可減膩,吃後感覺健康。曾於數年前在太古坊試過比利時菜,吃過烚青口,很回味,但餐廳已結業,而這裏也有烚青口,而煮法有六種之多,點了半公斤烚青口,以Prove
