To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久聞新同樂大名,聼講價錢平易近人了,今日終於去了一試,食個豪華點心午餐!叫了5樣點心:玉蘭帶子餃: 有帶子和蝦,帶子鮮甜,皮亦薄但易散金包銀絲腸粉: 皮薄而滑,腐皮很脆,內裏的蘿白清甜,好食!!芋角: 很普通的點心,但就能顯出師傅的功力,炸得香酥軟糯,但底部卻一點油也沒有,出色!!山竹牛肉: 牛肉柔軟而富彈性,味道則偏向清淡,要醮喼汁吊味鮑魚酥: 焗得鬆化,餡料味道也不錯,不過唔係幾食到鲍魚味還叫了一客大蝦脆麵和鮮蝦鮑魚荷葉飯,前者不俗但後者太淡,。這裏的食物是否值三星就見仁見智,但服務則好得沒話說,我等生客都招呼周到,走時竟送你去到升降機門口,幫你按lift 送埋你入去再講bye bye,令人非常讚賞,有機會再試晚飯,看水準如何
