To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去迪士尼樂園玩，午餐選擇在Plaza Inn, 美心集團，品質保證。比起其他美心集團的酒樓確實是貴一點點，小點$35, 中點$40, 大點$45。今次點的各款點心都很好吃，燒汁鑊仔煎釀三寶一鑊有6件，茄子，紅椒，青椒和豆腐，釀了蝦膠，非常爽口彈牙，青紅椒不會煎得太熟而林晒，仍然保持脆身。蝦腸的皮包著一隻一隻大蝦，蝦非常爽口，腸粉十分滑溜，正！
