To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 有個朋友對漢堡包🍔非常執着⋯⋯每次都話要去某某大酒店嘅漢堡包🍔⋯⋯每個漢堡包都要幾百蚊🙈⋯⋯今次介紹佢去這間小店🍔🍔BAKA BURGER🍔🍔讚口不絕！🥰🥰令她難以置信就係價錢咁平，但係都做到咁嘅質素，所以佢非常滿意！超級笨蛋漢堡雙層牛肉用手打嘅方式嚟製造！雙層牛肉竟然可以咁厚！肉質多汁鮮嫩！牛味濃郁！加上雙層半溶的芝士！滋味無窮！香脆嘅煙肉🥓配以特製的芥末籽醬汁！配菜都好豐富，相當新鮮同爽脆！每一口都爆汁！😋😋⋯⋯牛油果軟殼蟹漢堡包軟殼蟹炸得非常香脆，而且又保留到肉汁🥰😋真係好勁！漢堡包非常香脆，陣陣的牛油香氣😋😋⋯⋯牛油果非常軟滑⋯⋯我自己仲加咗大啡菇添！增加唔少風味！強烈建議大家記住加大啡菇！真係好正㗎！配香脆粗條的薯條加埋半溶芝士！呢啲就係幫襯小店嘅特色，每一樣嘢都係即製所以好鬆脆！🥰🥰洋蔥圈非常香脆，裏面又幼嫩又多汁！趁熱食最正！🥰韓式泡菜竟然有韓式泡菜非常香脆，味道剛剛好唔會太鹹！
