今日去位於大圍既豬手工房晚餐。餐廳用左木造彩色的牆壁,配上深色大梳化,同燈光柔和既植物吊燈,裝修很有獨特的風格。除左室內仲有超大既戶外座位,環境很好,好適合一班朋友聚下。黎到當然要食佢最出名既招牌脆爆鹹豬手啦,豬手炸到金黃香脆,外皮酥脆內裡嫩滑,肉質鮮嫩,味道剛好唔會太咸,而且份量十足!加上酸椰菜和芥辣一齊食,完全唔會覺得肥膩,口感一流,非常美味,真係必食之選 。另外,仲叫了香煎牛舌,有五大厚片,下面配有沙律菜墊底,牛舌煎後仍保持肉質鮮嫩,再配上佢地特製的醬汁,令味道增加更多層次,帶來豐富口感,超正。食豬手牛舌梗係要飲下啤酒啦,但平時唔飲開酒既我亦有0%酒精既水蜜桃啤酒作為最好既選擇!雖然係啤酒但亦無乜苦澀味加上有粒粒桃增加口感,非常適合平時唔多喝酒既人同女仔!最後仲食埋個甜品提拉米蘇芝士蛋糕Tiramisu,蛋糕口感幼滑,芝士味夠濃,非常唔錯。這餐廳除了招牌豬手外,仲有好多其他食物選擇,下次一定要再來試下。
