To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在灣仔商業區平日午飯,好多地方都要等位,尤其是食物美味和價錢大眾化的餐廳,安南越式牛肉粉也是其中一間。我和同事大約13:00到達,門口已經有大約十幾個人等位,不過只是等了10分鐘左右已經可以入座。首先看看餐牌,原來午市套餐是免收加一,我就當然選擇了越式生牛肉湯粉($55)和一杯凍飲(+$3),價錢都上算合理,我覺得他們的生牛肉好鮮甜,湯底味道濃郁好味,值得推介。而我同事叫左香茅豬扒飯($63)和串燒香茅牛肉撈檬($58),看見香茅豬扒份量十足,串燒香芧牛肉也非常大碟,下次也可以一試!
