To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約咗朋友喺太古食茶記,第一時間諗到金記冰室。進店時店員都立即為我們探熱,可見對疫情完全沒有鬆懈抗疫,做得非常好👍🏻我們每人各自點了一款小菜配白飯。我點了菜膽雞,未食前已經覺得賣相吸引!雞肉非嫩滑多汁,有雞味,而小棠菜都非常新鮮美味。朋友就選擇了韭黃蝦球炒滑蛋,雖然這好像是一道簡單的菜式,但要煮得好味道就一定要靠廚師嘅功夫。滑蛋蛋味夠香又滑嫩,蝦肉大大隻,爽口彈牙,配飯吃好好味!最後和朋友坐了差不多1小時,而光顧餐廳的人則越來越多,可見在疫情下,有實力的店舖亦能吸引大量顧客呢!
