星期六中午陪亞媽去大坑睇中醫,Lunch首選係肉骨皇,上次食過set lunch 嘅肉骨茶同喇沙都好有水準又好抵食,不過原來午市套餐只做星期一至星期五。唯有睇正式餐牌,menu實在太多選擇,最後亞媽話食馬拉盞炒蘿蔔糕,我就打算食青咖喱配白飯!馬拉盞炒蘿蔔糕 $80 星馬名菜馬拉盞炒蘿蔔糕,上菜嘅賣相非常靚!頂層有金黃色煎蛋,下面夾住大量芽菜炒雜菜,最底層係大大舊煎到香口嘅蘿蔔糕,一碟都有大約6-8舊,份量唔好足!蘿蔔糕沾滿咸咸地又甜甜地嘅醬汁,食落去有蘿蔔絲更顯香甜!推介!🍛青咖喱雞 $98 跟白飯 $15 青咖喱雞用小鐵鍋上菜,質感較為杰身,香料嘅味道很香氣撲鼻,椰汁分量均勻,顯得青咖哩更惹味,啖啖雞肉軟嫩充滿咖哩汁,配菜有茄子、豆角、香葉等,加埋白飯一齊食相當美味!
