To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前介紹過呢間早餐,其實午餐同下午茶我哋都係常客未入門口之前都係要先量體溫,最近枱與枱之間加咗塊板隔住,教你防疫三部曲,食得安心今日介紹下午餐先其實好多款都好味,不過我仔最鍾意就係呢個香脆魚柳野菌滑蛋蓋飯,大大件吉列魚柳炸得又香又脆唔會太油,野菌滑蛋炒得好滑鋪滿整個飯面,再加埋茄汁好開胃肉醬溫泉蛋焗長通粉,焗法式紅酒牛肉珍珠飯都好好味凍檸茶而家轉左唔係用新鮮檸檬而係用檸檬汁代替每日都見到好多人排隊買脆皮鹹豬手$38,如果想買記得跟返出爐時間
