最近好興食酸菜魚,朋友介紹十二味功夫好好食,收工就同阿媽咪去試下門面裝修以紅色為主,大紅燈籠同墻上既擺設好有中國特色,地方好寛落,好有空間感,坐得好舒服.蒜泥青瓜,份量好足,青瓜既清甜爽口,加上蒜粒,配上酸辣汁,非常醒胃.人見人愛酸菜魚(小辣),成個盆咁大,上面鋪上紅色乾辣椒同炸蒜粒,魚係用鱸魚,非常滑,辣中依然Keep到魚既鮮味.湯底酸酸辣辣咁,有好多種唔同辣椒,但一D都唔嗆喉,配菜仲有酸菜,筍片, 酸菜爽口,又唔會過酸,岩岩好,筍片又爽脆,吸收晒湯底既精華,送飯一流,真係好正.紅糖糍粑,上面鋪上黃豆粉,入面煙煙韌韌,又唔會痴喉,點上紅糖漿,甜度岩岩好.好好味幺妹兒冰粉個名咁特別就叫來試下,原來係桂花冰粉,桂花既清甜,加上滑溜既冰粉,好快就滑左落喉嚨.
