間餐廳唔易揾,縮在美孚新村商場的一角,朋友介紹才知道有這小店是日午餐和朋友去吃飯,要了午市套餐的羊架和三文魚扒,朋友一直推介這餐廳的這兩款菜式,所以這次去也點了羊架要5成熟,煎的火喉剛剛好,肉質優秀無筋,無羊騷味三文魚扒煎到外皮有少少脆,中間剛剛熟,不用太多調味料也很鮮嫩好吃午餐加$20有甜品,是日甜品為焦糖法式燉蛋,除了面頭的焦糖,燉蛋中也有燶香的焦糖味,讚👍🏻總結:西餐用料很重要,好的食材不用太多刻意的調味及醬汁,最欣賞這間餐廳的火喉控制,羊架及三文魚都煎到外脆肉嫩,雖是小店但非常有heart
