週年紀念,網上預約了Al Molo~ 按要求被安排坐在window seat,可觀賞到天星碼頭夜景 飲品~ 每人先來一杯cocktail,我的Lady Guava果味濃,可容易騙倒人~ 男友的Al Molo酒味則較重,少喝酒的女仕或許不慣~ 但兩者都很清新~點菜後即上來一板麵包~ 麵包鬆軟有彈性,蘸點欖油蒜茸醬吃,倍添香濃惹味~前菜點了我喜歡的Carpaccio~ 生牛肉軟滑新鮮,同樣伴上橄欖油增添香氣,伴吃的還有新鮮沙律菜和芝士~再來是pasta~ 汁醬香辣惹味,長管粉口感煙韌,不是純粹的al dente,大蜆確實夠大,肉厚新鮮 主菜是Chef signature之一的海鮮雜燴~ 上桌時店員已為我們分好兩碟,十分細心  海鮮雜燴用料果然豐富,大蝦新鮮爽甜、帶子外煎香內軟熟、又是肉厚鮮甜的大蜆、魷魚肉爽而不韌、鱈魚肉實而不鞋~ 配上鮮甜的蕃茄底海鮮湯,確實鮮味~ 伴碟的還有碳烤過的麵包,香脆內軟,點湯吃一流 這次餐後沒有點甜品,反而要了個cheese platter~ 選了三款,我最愛的軟芝士Brie、高級版parmesan - Parmigiano Reggiano、藍芝士入

這次餐後沒有點甜品,反而要了個cheese platter~ 選了三款,我最愛的軟芝士Brie、高級版parmesan - Parmigiano Reggiano、藍芝士入門可吃的Gorgonzola~ 伴芝士的還有三種醬 - 有粒粒果肉的杏脯果醬,個人覺得配Brie最夾;黑醋醬,感覺感較配伴吃的合桃麵包,粗略也可用來配Gorgonzola;最後是蜜糖,配Parmigiano Reggiano是最夾的,鹹甜互相暉映,很喜歡

配芝士拼盤的飲品,我們分別點了Proseco和Hennesy~ 那高濃度的酒精,確實能解芝士的膩,同時又能令味道更突出
 是夜變了酒鬼呢~ Hennesy上來時是以熱水座著的,令其酒香揮發出來,果然很細心呢
