尋日係我朋友生日,之前嚟過呢間餐廳覺得食物同環境都唔錯,加上上次大廚留咗contact話可以為客人設計定餐單,所以就打算嚟呢度為朋友搞生日飯,又可以一試呢間餐廳嘅私人餐單會唔會有特別驚喜。之後餐廳幫我地安排咗個7道菜嘅生日飯,過程中亦好細心問我地有無對某啲食物有敏感或對邊類食物有興趣,最後報完價錢同餐單後都感覺幾好就決定咗上嚟呢個伊甸園啦。坐低後侍應遞上今晚我地餐單嘅iPad,大概介紹每款菜式同埋問我地需唔需要酒,最後揀咗餐廳介紹嘅波爾多紅酒。其實侍應亦有講過支酒嘅味道同變化係點,不過我地已經唔記得哂,但都幾好飲,又唔算貴,呢個價錢响好多餐廳通常都麻麻地,我覺得呢處都算"有良心"首先有餐包,同一兜仔嘅蕃茄粒,唔太酸唔太咸,配蒜茸包一齊食好好味。之後就係我最鍾意嘅慢煮三文魚,周邊配菜同之前食過有唔同,事後大廚解釋話佢每道菜其實無特定嘅配菜,視乎當日材料而定,仲好風趣咁話"碟碟一樣樣,你地唔厭我都悶啦"。不過主角三文魚依然咁滑,今次仲有啲三文魚籽,整體感覺好好。第二道前菜係蟹肉,好creamy同好重蟹香,酥皮都好鬆脆。不過無乜配菜,單調少少。餐湯有3款俾我地揀,我地都要咗龍蝦湯,幾好飲,唔

餐湯有3款俾我地揀,我地都要咗龍蝦湯,幾好飲,唔會太咸。
主菜我揀要牛肉,朋友就想黑毛豬排。慢煮牛柳肉味好濃,好多肉汁,配紅酒一流!配菜三角形嘅薯餅都好香好好味。

我亦偷食咗一件黑毛豬排,肉質嫩,有豬油香,配菜有啲蘋果粒,一齊食感覺都幾好,無咁肥膩。

最後甜品我地都揀咗朱古力芭菲,唔太甜而且朱古力味濃,廚師好有心思用朱古力寫字仲插埋蠟燭,birthday girl好開心呢!(仲慳番個生日蛋糕添呀haha)
