老友慶祝我生日飯,識咗10幾年梗係食返餐好啦,佢哋訂咗一間在元朗特色扒房,餐廳食物主要有兩款選擇,可以選擇Four course $438 for per person 或 Six course $578 for per person,朋友發板,選擇六款course嘅晚餐,頭盤係帶子配魚子醬,鮮美嘅魚子配合微微煎香既帶子,感覺好鮮味又增添了高級感,而且魚子醬上面有好脆口既蔬菜,感覺好特別!第二款:熟薰三文魚、魚子,或西班牙伊比利火腿36個月,我們四人所以可以叫晒兩款選擇,熟薰三文魚、魚子,粒粒晶凝通透既魚子,魚油及海水鹹味帶出三文魚更鮮甜味道,整體令到味道更出色,到了至愛嘅西班牙伊比利火腿36個月,火腿軟熟,味道鹹香,食完係舌頭回味無窮!如果有白酒飲仲好,餐湯係白松露洋蔥湯,未飲已經聞到白松露既香,香氣撲鼻,而且飲到洋蔥既清甜,層次分明!龍蝦與海膽,鮮甜龍蝦,肉質彈牙配上海膽汁,味道出色,煙薫鵪鶉脾,已經比鵪鶉脾賣相吸引著,細細隻好特意,未見過,一人一隻鵪鶉脾,味道有少少似煙燻鴨肉味,燒安格斯頂級肉眼扒,20安士,叫左七成熟,火候控制剛好,肉質軟綿,顏色見到仲係粉紅色,牛味濃厚。燒西班
