To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日過海辦事，正好在此店附近。因天氣太熱，只能外買帶回車中享受。我買了生煎飽、鍋貼、酸辣湯、小云吞，味道都🆗。但美中不足之處在於，生煎飽和鍋貼毫無湯汁，好似在生煎時已被吸乾，我不停得連吃六個，還是很失望😞。然後開始吃鍋貼，希望能說服自己是有湯汁的，但還是失望😞。其實如能在攪拌肉餡時，放一些湯水，再經過冷凍，是可以把湯汁鎖在餡里的。希望貴店生意興隆，讓吃客享有囗福。
