又係良朋飯聚時間,今次食呢間餐廳嘅舖面唔算好顯眼,路過見到門面貼咗蟹羔粥嘅圖片,又幾吸引wor,所以就食呢間啦。我地點咗3樣野,食得好飽。招牌羔蟹粥 - 果然係「招牌」,一開蓋就見到大大隻蟹蓋,差少少就成個煲咁大,仲要係爆羔嘅蟹蓋! 除咗蟹蓋爆羔之外,d粥都唔野少,睇顏色就知,鮮艷橘黃色,粥底鮮味十足。呢煲蟹粥係用咗一整隻肥美嘅大羔蟹,腳、鉗都係鮮嫩多肉。呢個粥嘅份量大概可以分到7-8碗。D人成日話去澳門食蟹粥,原來香港嘅蟹粥仲好食!避風塘炒蝦 - 避風塘系列係代表香港嘅菜式,蒜頭不能吝嗇先至做到精粹。呢個炒蝦就係視覺上已經差d比蒜粒活埋,臭覺上已有令人流晒口水嘅蒜香,口感上有彈牙嘅大蝦,味覺上滿滿蒜香鮮蝦又帶點微辣嘅滿足。香港名菜系列,I'm loving it!黑椒焗乳鴨 - 店員話呢個係新出嘅,$58/隻,比較少見黑椒整乳鴿,價錢又ok﹐所以叫隻嚟食下。雖然唔算係咩特別菜式,但加咗黑椒焗嘅乳鴿又真係香口好多,能夠係普通嘅菜式加上一d變通、新意,追求更好,正正係我欣賞嘅。
