老鳳冰室裝修幾具心思, 除咗門口櫥窗嘅古董大鐘同埋電影海報之外, 裏面嘅擺設同埋傢俬, 細緻到連餐牌都充滿咗六七十年代嘅香港風味。細看餐牌, 竟然發現更多驚喜。 想不到係以懷舊做賣點嘅冰室,係以新潮嘅食物做主打。先上嚟兩杯係懷舊紅豆冰同埋飛仔華田。 賣相好吸引, 海螺形狀嘅玻璃杯, 滿滿是香濃嘅忌廉。 上面仲插有一張印咗老鳳冰室嘅啤牌, 試咬一啖, 原來係士多啤梨味嘅威化餅, 都幾香脆。 紅豆大大粒有咬口,飛仔華田香甜濃滑, 仲加入左可可脆片,增加口感😋😋芝士豬頸肉撈一丁用咗四種唔同嘅芝士, 芝味香濃。 豬頸肉厚切 又大塊非常足料👍蝦多士自家製地海蝦膠均勻地塗满在多士上, 再蘸上蛋漿, 新鮮炸起上檯。 香脆之餘也不失蝦嘅鮮味😋👍焗安格斯牛腩保齡球農夫包焗得香脆, 盛滿飯和牛腩。 牛腩炆得軟腍夠入味。 仲配有一碗特製芝士汁,熱脆的農夫包蘸上香濃的芝士汁,味道認真一流😋👍
