To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早利亞又來介紹小店，這家阿桂老友粉，位於馬鞍山多年，主打廣西南寧粉麵小食，馳名老友粉及自製脆腩。先來介紹老友粉，自製酸菜、蒜頭、豆豉加上番茄及豬肉片，辣鹹鮮酸，令人非常開胃。河粉滑滑的，是最佳配搭。再說脆腩蓮藕粉，脆腩像燒肉，也是自製的，的確脆口，皮脆肉嫩帶鹹香，只是直放在粉麵上須快點享用，否則給湯浸淋則浪費了廚師心機了，或者改點乾撈會比較適宜。蓮藕粉由蓮藕製成，呈透明狀，放湯很爽滑。最後來的是酸辣炸醬辣腩肉通心米線，通心米線很可愛，米線中空可吸更多湯汁，只是不能留在湯內太久，比較易變淋身。可幸肉操跟辣五花腩很惹味，很快便完成了。這兒還有很多特色美食如惹味口水雞、鹵水豬肚絲、鎮江豬扒等，有機會一定再來試一試。
