位於上水巡撫街嘅陳六記絕對係呢一區嘅老字號,佢最出名就係燒肉,新鮮出爐嘅時候最好食,就算買到返屋企雖然凍咗,但係塊皮仍然脆。佢嘅五層燒肉無論係最外面嗰層皮之中間嘅脂肪仲有就係跟住嘅瘦肉都燒得好好食。除咗燒肉之外,我仲會叫佢嘅釀鯪魚,佢嘅做法係將啲魚肉釀入條鯪魚度然後再炸,我感覺其實有啲似煎釀三寶,喺我印象入面呢度菜喺出邊其他地方好少食得到(可惜今次食嘅呢一條多咗少少骨,有少少扣分)。
