提前一星期預訂星期五晚都滿座,可見老字號依舊非常受歡迎!最後亦訂到星期四晚,帶家中長輩一嚐出名的北京填鴨!一開始叫咗個素鵝,每人一件剛剛好。素鵝皮包住蘿蔔絲,爽口又開胃。一籠12粒小籠包唔算好大粒,每粒亦唔算好多汁,不過不失。砂窩雲吞雞(小) 原本想6人每人一碗,所以只點了小份,但份量卻出奇地多! 倒出來有8碗以上,仲有原隻雞都食唔哂,最後唔浪費,打包做手撕雞咁食~蝦仁茄汁窩巴,脆脆窩巴米餅當小食,再沾酸酸嘅茄汁係唔錯嘅選擇,好合小朋友口味。主角 - 北京填鴨:$480係standard一份,足足有兩大碟填鴨脆皮,鴨油味好香,皮烤得好脆,而且有肥膏部分亦有鴨肉,塊塊都好厚皮!我會習慣先唔加烤醬,用麵粉皮淨包住填鴨食,先感受一下填鴨原汁原味嘅香同脆~由於支持生態環境,所以我地都冇叫魚翅。但係呢個北京填鴨絕對係令我地再回頭嘅原因!
