媽咪想食北京填鴨,妹妹就提議到老店-鹿鳴春。餐廳已經有幾十年歷史、裝修也是幾十年前格式佈局,好多員工也已經幾十歲。鴨一燒好,師傅就會係你面前片鴨肉。鴨肉片得頗厚,外皮香脆。鴨肉保持鮮嫩有肉汁。不過要熱食,凍左會有騷味。砂窩雞煲翅。雖然叫細窩,但份量十足。仲可以食到一梳梳排翅,排翅份量不少,湯汁也非常濃郁。芝麻蝦。將蝦膠釀入麵包沾滿芝麻再炸,顏色金黃,酥香可囗。賽螃蟹。蛋白嫰滑,用陳醋攪拌,可以帶出幾份觧味。
