To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋日經過荃灣千色匯見到原來開左南記粉麵即刻入去坐低南記我細細個就聽過呢個名啦以前係跟爸爸媽媽去食既聽佢地講係佢地拍拖既時候成日都去食既貪佢抵食夾大件咁話以前細個 係得南區先有分店要去開南區先有機會食前幾年佢開到港島區都有 已經超開心得閒入去食下又得 買兩磅魚蛋又得 買辣椒醬都得而家更加係新界區都有得食真係好方便呀食左十幾廿年d水準都keep 到只係份量細左少少我今日食既係招牌河係河粉加兩粒牛丸同兩條春卷魚蛋每次食都會落辣醬食到chok親都要落因為呢個南記自家製辣醬有陣獨特香味係出邊食唔到的自己買一支又要幾十蚊所以次次都要食到夠春卷魚蛋真係好正比十件八件我都會清曬佢外脆內軟冇得彈呀而果兩粒牛丸我估佢真係牛肉造既 因為牛味極香真係食完好有衝動自己買返幾磅打下邊爐

貪佢抵食夾大件咁話
以前細個 係得南區先有分店
要去開南區先有機會食
前幾年佢開到港島區都有 已經超開心
得閒入去食下又得 買兩磅魚蛋又得 買辣椒醬都得
而家更加係新界區都有得食
真係好方便呀

我今日食既係招牌河
係河粉加兩粒牛丸同兩條春卷魚蛋
每次食都會落辣醬
食到chok親都要落
因為呢個南記自家製辣醬有陣獨特香味
係出邊食唔到的
自己買一支又要幾十蚊
所以次次都要食到夠
春卷魚蛋真係好正
比十件八件我都會清曬佢
外脆內軟冇得彈呀
而果兩粒牛丸
我估佢真係牛肉造既 因為牛味極香
真係食完好有衝動自己買返幾磅打下邊爐
