To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

市政大廈嘅熟食中心從來都係臥虎藏龍嘅地方，今次試咗呢間備受香港沙嗲牛肉麵關注組推薦嘅誠記，雖然有傳質素比較飄忽，但今次嘅體驗好滿意( ´▽｀) 雖然只有單點，加加埋埋都唔平，但係絕對係會再訪嘅餐廳(๑⃙⃘ˊ꒳​ˋ๑⃙)-🍜沙嗲牛肉麵 $27🍜沙嗲牛肉麵+炒蛋 $33呢度嘅沙嗲湯底最岀名，基本上除咗常見嘅牛肉配，仲可以配墨魚頭、炸豬扒等等(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)湯底唔杰身，口感清爽得嚟有少少辣勁伴隨濃郁花生香，鹹甜適中，唔會食到好膩，爽口而又做到濃濃香香真係唔多😚牛肉亦都值得一讚👍🏻肉質新鮮，唔係乸到冇晒味嗰種，比起瑞記好太太太多🙂加埋炒蛋半熟綿滑超滿足- ̗̀ ෆ( ˶'ᵕ'˶)ෆ ̖́-🍞西多士 $16呢個價錢真係好抵，最喜歡佢炸到岩岩參參，邊邊酥脆，即叫即炸熱辣辣，本身睇到其他人評價話佢中間冇花生醬心裏都有個底🤔始終都俾咗牛油同煉奶都覺得已經可以，但係原來大家誤會咗😳中間其實夾咗一層淡黃薄薄嘅咖央😳😳😳正啊❣️而且仲要切好上碟好細心ꪔ̤̮‪ ෆෆ ̖́--🍜誠記🏡地址: 西環堅尼地城士美非路12K號士美非路市政大廈2樓熟食中心☎️電話: 從缺🕙營業時間: 06:00-17:00 (Tue-Sun)🌟只收現金
