To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日黎到藍田行街，行到累累地就搵間餐廳食野休息下，比我地發現左呢間餐廳，原來呢間餐廳都有廿年歷史，真係要試真啲。首先我地點左個小食，鹽酥雞拼台灣腸，我個人十分喜愛台灣腸，甜甜地好好味，唔使去到台灣都可以食到，真係十分之滿足。鹽酥雞非常香脆可口，口感一流。啲味粉配合得非常好。閨蜜十分喜愛。主食方面就點左泰味香茅豬扒炒金邊粉，呢個粉非常彈牙，好有口感，味道都唔錯，值得一試。另一款主食係招牌豬頸肉炒飯，呢個真係好好味，我同閨蜜都十分喜愛，炒飯粒粒金香。世界級享受，呢個一定要試，包你會愛上，回味無窮。飲品方面就選左芒果珍珠露，呢個都好有奶香味，今次叫左室溫，好岩女士們飲。另一杯係紅豆冰，呢道既係好經典，上面有一層椰子溶，味道好香濃，下層有紅豆，非常有層次感，真心好飲，一定要試下。
