一向認為“鳳城”是老字號,從幾年前開始先幫襯太子鳳城,它的名牌小菜:金皮炸子雞、蝦多士都要人多才適合,點心,脆皮粉果、糯米雞及灌湯餃都能保持水準,可惜年前結業,但轉了名字,繼續賣順德菜。去年二月中唯一一次光顧北角鳳城,老店作風,十時前光顧,也是以老人家為主。幾個月前發現愉景新城的“鳳城1954”,及它的灌湯餃{是用蒸籠上,而且有個金屬架},不是(現時一般的)湯浸餃,總不是正宗味道。今天光顧九龍灣的分店,相同名字。點了六樣點心,其中有兩款,炸物裡一碟三款及蟹類也有三款,十分適合我們兩人,而又可以食多幾樣。加埋送我窗口卡位,總括來説,十分滿意!
