To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於黎到眾人皆知的金華冰廳。平日不會黎呢度因為驚人多要排隊。不過今時不同往日，乘著旅遊業空檔，前來一嚐。果然不出我所料，唔噻排隊。一坐低，就嗌左菠蘿油同茶走。侍應大姐反應快，態度也友善。很快我嘅包同茶就到齊。菠蘿包並冇令我失望，正正係我鍾意嘅口感。只不過吃到未的時候會有一陣酵母嘅味道，斷估係麵包發過籠，唯一美中不足的地方。茶走茶味香濃，也是本人所愛的味道。可惜飲不出是否夠甜，已經啤菠蘿包嘅甜味蓋過茶嘅甜味。
