兩年後故地重遊老字號, 早午点了兩个炒粉米,配例湯粉葛鯪魚湯:真材實料,冇味精。雪菜火鴨𢇁炆米:火鴨絲吾太多,不過米粉炆得有雪菜味。翡翠瑞士汁牛肉炒河:瑞士汁其實是带甜滷水汁,一般是老字号才有此出品。最出名應是太平館嘅瑞士雞翼。瑞士汁並非来自瑞士,而是老外吃了我们的豉油西餐覚得好味,但吾識怎样叫,只能描述爲“sweet sauce “, 而中国人又把sweet 聽成Swiss, 最终把它翻译成瑞士。回到碟炒河,先是炒得夠香,調味刚好,吃到跟干炒牛河分別,但又吾係太甜;牛肉夠嫩滑。再配合自家制辣椒油,做到相得益彰效果。
