To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇iger介紹呢款墨魚鬚頭麵好似幾得意，$30 唔貴，份量有番咁上下幾欣賞個幼麵，麵夠幼，但係做到爽口之餘又冇鹼水味，湯底清得黎帶鮮，上枱時一股蔥粒香氣湧過黎墨魚鬚頭爽脆，鬚腍滑，口感豐富，沾些少魚露更好，佢地啲魚露唔會死鹹，好似將墨魚鬚回歸海洋一樣，食到鹹鮮味，食完飲埋啲湯，完全冇口渴
