灣仔炒辣蟹老店,經過都陣陣辣味飄香。今次真喺敵不過佢嘅香味,同屋企人嚟試試。首先點了招牌的避風塘炒辣蟹(大蟹),新鮮肥美的大蟹配上他們獨特的避風塘秘製醬汁、超濃郁的蟹香和麻辣刺激,每一啖都好努力舔佢啲汁。然後是椒鹽大瀨尿蝦,食瀨尿蝦梗係要舔吓蝦殼,恰到好處的辣椒和鹽味,忍唔住叫返支啤酒,外酥內嫩蝦肉飽滿彈牙。豉椒炒青口,平時真係比較少食,隻隻青口都好肥美,每一粒肉都吸滿晒豉椒汁,估唔到豉椒汁都咁夾味同青口配搭到。最後的辣酒煮花螺,下酒菜必點,大大粒肉質鮮嫩彈牙,酒香都幾濃配上微辣的口感。果然廚師真係夠鑊氣好重要,材料新鮮,另外都仲叫咗啲比較清啲嘅菜式好似花甲同菜,同屋企人嚟食,屋企兩老好似都係比較鍾意中菜。
