以前喺荔枝角/長沙灣返工, 總覺得呢度係美食沙漠, 除咗茶餐廳, 根本冇乜好食, 今時今日已經完全唔同曬, 荔枝角及長沙灣一帶開咗好多特色食店, 中、西、日、葡、韓、法.....真系乜菜都有, 衹要你up 得出都有, 今晚同朋友嚟呢間BOM Cuisine食葡菜.....食我哋最愛嘅葡式烤bb乳豬。店鋪裝修新潮簡約, 喺度傾計都幾有氣氛架, 今日老闆娘帶埋個细仔嚟同客人打招呼, 傾傾下....佢講起前幾年同一班朋友去西班牙及葡萄牙旅行時去左一條特色葡菜食街, 回港後一班朋友便有了開這間葡菜餐廳嘅意念, 由於本人2年前也到訪過葡萄牙及西班牙, 所以同老闆娘傾葡萄牙及西班牙的美食傾得特別投契.......像朋友般親切。BOM Cuisine 除左葡菜, 還有一般西餐食物供應, 佢地啲小食很不錯。佢哋做緊德國酒Herbert Bretz品牌 promotion, 只要在facebook讚餐廳專頁及share, 便送一杯德國葡萄白酒, 仲有微甜、甜及dry 可選擇, 單叫每杯$68, 我就梗係唔蝕底啦, 即刻 share。Herbert Bretz 2015 Riseling Spatlese

馬介休係葡國鹹魚, 齋食馬介休很多時都過鹹, 係澳門間某出名葡餐廳食2次, 過個人麻麻地鍾意, 但將馬介休同薯仔配搭, 入口就變得香而不鹹, 仲有粒粒薯仔, 有咬口, 鹹鹹香香幾好食。

乳豬即叫即烤焗, 製作需時, 乳豬皮烤得金黃誘人, 一片薄薄的乳豬皮, 甘香脆口, bb 猪肉質嫩滑有肉香, 乳豬SIZE, 烤制口感及味道跟我在葡國那間百年老店有點似, 口感腍滑, 豬肉本身已有少少鹹味, 所以我冇再拈醬別, 但也有試佢哋嘅乳豬醬, 似輕型版/少鹹版的燒汁。

其他餐廳的烤乳豬很少配黃薑飯, 黃薑飯乾身, 粒粒圓潤有咬口, 可將飯上的橄欖醬撈埋黃薑飯食, 令黃薑飯更香口, 好味又飽肚。

見羊架金黃誘人, 全熟都要抽返一件水, 羊架煎得金黃焦香, 簡單的海鹽調味, 雖然系全熟, 可能羊架厚度夠, 還能保存少許肉汁, 完全唔鞋口, 仲好鬼騷香添, 時蔬下的薯溶都好香口, 仲滑不留口添。
