To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華冰廳有多年歷史，出售香港懷舊食物，例如菠蘿油、蛋撻、西多士等等美食。假日人流唔多，無需排隊等位。菠蘿油$13一個，菠蘿包裏夾住一塊鮮牛油，包身體積算大，下午茶嘅話食一個已經夠飽。菠蘿包上面嘅皮唔算太鬆脆，有少少硬身。嘅預先牛油方面，唔會過厚或者過薄，擺入包入邊都食到牛油嘅香味。喺今時今日嘅香港，價錢算係合理。蛋撻當日唔係新鮮出爐，所以上枱已經凍咗，蛋撻嘅皮唔算鬆脆，但未亦都唔算香濃。奶茶嘅茶底厚身，濃郁得來，帶有苦澀味。
