To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店屹立多年仍然保持水準,可以説得上寶刀未老!今晚中環宴客當然不會太過馬虎,嚟間名牌飯店一定另客人滿腹而歸。黃魚羮 ($218)天氣驟冷,先來一鍋黃魚羹暖暖胃。湯羮通常會用太多漿粉水,但嚟一鍋完全沒有,濃稠度恰到好處。一粒粒黃魚非常嫰滑香甜,其他配料豐富,充滿口感。南翔小籠包 ($140)嚟上海菜館唔食小籠包一定會後悔啊!上海菜代表作之一嘛!熱辣辣,湯汁滿溢,肉汁飽滿。唯一皮稍為厚了一點。紅燒元蹄 ($310)元蹄肥美,賣相吸引。炆煮得好腍,肉夠入味嫩滑,元蹄皮嚼落完全沒有肥膩感覺,果然是名菜之一。三絲乾絲 ($120)食過了元蹄的濃味,來一碟素雅的菜餚。密密的切絲,刀功之作。這碟傳統小菜,清淡異常,中和了膩感。高麗豆沙 ($60)甜品高麗豆沙在京式菜中可謂表表者。一個個渾圓金黃的小雪球,內有滿滿的紅豆餡,軟綿綿,入口不油不膩,討人歡心。今晚客人食得開心,老板又滿意,我嚟個小小秘書仔應該今年加薪有望了....哈哈!
