🍣 北海道根室鷗洋水產
The Uni direct from Nemuro City, Hokkaido. Fresh and top quality uni just taste incredible, thick and creamy, with a little sweetness at the end. The high content of umami spread all over the sushi.
It is really hard to book a seat and I highly recommend you guys worth a try.
