To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋叫咗炸鮮奶，發覺入面個心有啲凍，要求更換，職員即刻話：係咁㗎喎，唔會全熱。食完飯後，我哋準備在酒樓切蛋糕，叫職員清潔一下枱上的東西，職員即刻話：你想我點清潔？用咩清潔？大家可以參考吓圖片，圖片顯示桌面有食物需要職員清走，職員就反問我哋點樣清潔。另外，圖片中的桂花糕，賣相極差，又不明的泡沫在桂花糕裏，見到都唔想食。大家亦可參考吓圖片。呢間酒樓要backlist，基本的服務態度及食物水平都做唔到。
