To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入到粉嶺聯和墟唔知食咩好,之前記得有朋友推介過有間食越南野又平又好食所以就走咗過去睇吓有冇嘢啱食,七點左右去到都已經差唔多坐滿人啦。今次同朋友嗌咗個二人餐包括有前菜、小食、主菜、同甜品。香茅雞翼拼扎肉紙米卷啲香茅雞翼非常之入味,而且啖啖肉炸到外皮香脆,入面肉質依然嫩滑,扎肉紙米卷方面就比較普通。蒜蓉牛油燒蝦兩隻大大隻嘅燒蝦面頭佈滿牛油蔥油同埋炸蒜,真係熱辣辣香噴噴入口鮮甜口感豐富。蝦頭蝦膏海鮮炒飯入邊有非常多嘅材料炒成包括有 魷魚蝦肉蟹柳青口等等成個炒飯非常大碟我哋兩個人都差d食唔晒Tim馬拉盞炒通菜每次食泰國菜必點嘅一個餸菜充滿鑊氣,非常惹味。

香茅雞翼拼扎肉紙米卷
啲香茅雞翼非常之入味,而且啖啖肉炸到外皮香脆,入面肉質依然嫩滑,扎肉紙米卷方面就比較普通。
